Wow, great experience with O'Briens Home Inspections! Barry was VERY thorough with his inspection and checked pretty much EVERY thing, inside and out. He caught a few significant deficiencies (cracked roof tile, incorrect electrical wiring, etc.) that we would never have known about, as well as many, many cosmetic things that the builder will address. And he found many things done right, giving us peace of mind. Barry was very responsive and communicative before, during, and after the inspection, and his inspection report was detailed and complete.
